KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 9 — The implementation of diesel subsidy rationalisation is expected to provide annual savings of between RM7.2 billion and RM7.5 billion, up from the RM4 billion in savings projected last year, said Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan.
